"Opening time is not true and also the inside of the Dunkin’ was duty Donuts was stale The coffee I ordered was disgusting and they were having private conversations in the front of me like they was existing By the way I true am wondering how they passed state inspection I truly believe this location needs a lot off hygiene and staff training I wouldn’t waist my money or time at this location"

"I love this Dunkin Donuts. I havent had a bad order yet. But mostly the order taker in the morning (older woman I am so sorry I dont know your name). But her catch phrase is “enjoy your day”. Besides the great service she is the reason i stop here as opposed to the 5 other dunkins on the way and around my job! And check out the picture… its little touches like that. That turn this from a run of the mill fast food spot to a fine breakfast establishment."

"Fast friendly service, but was told they no longer carry ham at this location which is a little upsetting because I love my ham egg and cheeses. I tried the new cheddar bacon mini egg things and they were pretty good. All in all a good experience"

"Like others I have experienced long wait times for a mobile order. Also they have prepared the wrong size before and I would have to wait all over again. There was one guy there who always made my coffee good but I think they have him working in another area now or he is gone. Today I went there and ordered a 50ct munchkin and asked for all glazed and chocolate glazed. The girl even repeated my order correctly but what do I get...glazed and powdered jelly. No chocolate glazed and those are my daughter's favorite. I think I am done going to this location which is a shame because at one time I thought it was one of the better DD locations I have been to. Now they just kind of suck. Starbucks is much better at producing your mobile order timely and they always get your order right and make an awesome beverage every time I go there. It is worth the premium cost because you get what you ordered and you get it timely."

"On 4 separate visits I asked for cream cheese on the side and specified I didn't want the 50% less fat because there's a difference in taste and texture and they gave it to me anyway. On another occasion I ordered a complete bagel and they gave me the 50% less fat again. I've complained about this multiple times and over 2 months still experiencing the problem."
