"I got charged $22 for a medium cone and a large cup with one topping. We asked about it and the worker insisted we were wrong and that it cost $11 per ice cream. We paid it and the ice cream was good, just odd that we paid that much even though the posted prices for the cup, scoops, cone, and topping do not reflect it."

"We have stopped here many times for ice cream, but this time, I ordered an ice cream cake. It was delicious and decorated, just as asked. We ordered the strawberry and vanilla with the crunches in between. We got the 7 inch round for 4 people to have 2 slices each. It was the perfect size. Our family is looking forward to many other ice cream cakes from Praline's."

"While there are many ice cream options and it tasted really great, I too didn’t really get the best customer service experience. No welcome or anything, basically kind of a what do you want attitude. I def recommend the Oreo cake ice cream."

The girl working was very sweet, but we opened up our ice creams when we got home and there was more air in these cups than ice cream. For the amount spent, I’d be better off with a pint of Ben and Jerry’s. Very very disappointed tonight."
