"The food is delicious and is prepared quickly. Their bakery items are great, especially their bagels and desserts. The atmosphere is also very nice and this Panera has good customer service. The prices are a bit steep for the food, and the portions are relatively small for the cost. Despite this, this Panera is a great location that I would recommend."
"Went to order and got a drink with the sip club but accidentally chose the tea. I went to the counter to ask for a charged lemonade but the worker named Mae refused to give me the charger lemonade and said that I had to get what I ordered. If I pay for the sip club I should be able to get the drink I want."
"First time I've ordered Panera in a while and will probably be my last. Was craving soup and something healthy so I thought I'd give it a chance even though the prices have gotten crazy high. Disappointed that even with higher prices, quality seems to have gone down. Broccoli cheddar soup was extremely watery, almost inedible. Baja grain bowl was cold (supposed to be a warm rice and chicken bowl), the rice was still crunchy and definitely inedible. Very disappointing."
"I went yesterday and seen 2 flies on the scones. I definitely won't get the pastries there. Another time before that I had a hair in my soup. On the up side the food tastes good but way to expensive. A cup of chicken noodle soup is about $6 that's ridiculous . A cup of shrimp Mac and cheese is almost $13. The employees seem so miserable too."
"Absolutely not worth the price you're paying. The food itself tastes amazing but the portions they give you are absolutely not worth it. $17 for my salad and they were completely out of sides too which is included in the price and it wouldn't take it off. My hand is literally bigger than the salad. I'm 5'6. If you want to completely empty your bank account and still be hungry after definitely shop at Panera."
