"Ordered on the app and came to the drive thru to pick it up, the worker there was so rude. Tall white man or Spanish, very rude. Told me I should’ve said it on the order side or whatever he was saying. Did not even make eye contact, spoke in a rude manner."

"Each time I've gotten purchased a drink from this location my drink taste like fish water. This is the second time this has happened. I called and of course there is never a manager there. This DD needs to close if they cannot get it together. And lets not forget the nasty attitudes."

"I haven't been to every Dunkin in CT, but of the dozen or more which I have purchased from, this one is hands down the worst. I've ordered from them several times because of their proximity to the Home Depot. Sometimes the order is fine; equally often the order is wrong. They give something other than what you ordered, they forget to put something in the bag, or they make the drink the wrong way. For example, I've ordered a chai tea latte three times - without fail they will make a dirty chai. Even when the ordered are delivered correctly, the staff is nearly always rude, sarcastic, slow, and/or painfully unhelpful."

"Drive thru only. Found something floating in my ice coffee and they said they can’t offer a refund because there’s no manager on site. Also had an incident where there was hair in my iced coffee. Stale food. Bagels hard as a rock. What a disgusting location. I’d give zero stars if I could."

I have to be at work by 7:30 so I'd be there by 7 AM to always get my coffee wrong and then when I bring it back, theres no apologize, can I give you a gift card due to poor customer service, nothing!!!' They handed me another coffee which it was wrong again, i just left it at the window..I try to give them the benefit of doubt but my god that morning crew is horrible..They look like they hate they job your just serving coffee whats so difficult about that!!!
