"This location always has the rudest employees. They also steal from the customers, if you pay cash don’t expect your change back. My order came out to $5.79 and I gave $6 but the girl at the window didn’t give me the charge back. Not crying over 21 cents but it’s not the first time they having given change back and it the principal behind it."

"Don’t come here if you need someplace early. What happened to the new girls who opened up? They were not only nice but made orders on time. On Friday the man came late and did not serve customers until after 5. I drive off. Early in the week the one that call herself manager was late and all she did was complain I’d be late to if I had to get up this early everyday.There are other places to get food around here. I can’t give this place no stars but it makes you give one."

"Longtime customer to this Dunkin every morning to pick up drinks and food with the dogs. We hav changed Dunkin's in favor of the one on Meriden Road. Brendan and Tori try to keep things going but the asst manager is exceedingly late. The time to avoid is between 5 - 5:30. The service is slow. One person working the window until the asst manager drives in. No regard for the customer. Not the way to treat the ones who pay your wage. Don’t plan on going back to this Dunkin. Meriden Avenue is friendly and on time service early in the morning. Dusty you need to adjust the line up."

"I order almond milk because cream gives me stomach cramps. I was handed this coffee, and asked the girl who handed it out "i'm sorry to be annoying but is this definitely almond milk? It's really bright" and I was assured it was. Now I'm dealing with stomach pain and kind of mad I was lied to. I used to work at a Dunkin so I know how it is to accidentally mess up an order but I don't pay extra just to be trendy, I physically cannot have cream."
