It was interesting though because she gave great service to other people while I was there, so I’m not sure if it was because I’m black but it was unacceptable. "I hate to knock this location down a couple stars because the staff and service are fantastic! However, since the renovation the entire ambience of how it feels inside the shop has changed for the worse. Prior to the renovation this shop felt cozy and relaxing to sit down and get your work done, now it feels cold on the inside, also they've removed a bunch of seating, so you'd need to get lucky if you want to sit down and get your work done. I hope they add more seating for the future. However, it looks like this renovation came out as a pro for the employees because they have way more space to work and move around behind the counter than how it was before."
