"Friendly staff but butchered my coffee. I got a butter pecan with extra cream and somehow I ended up with a French vanilla iced coffee with very little cream and a layer of sugar at the bottom. My bagel barely had any cream cheese. Probably won’t come back to this one."

"I ordered a large iced cappuccino and I received this monstrosity over 10 minutes later for a mobile order. If you look on the website, an iced cappuccino DOES NOT look like this whatsoever. I got this half blended mess that is one step above a blended coffee. The excuse I received from the staff about this order was that they have a “special person” do the foam which is ridiculous. This was the foam. This was supposed to be regular cappuccino foam not whatever the heck this is. Oh and the amount of time it took for this drink to be made was ridiculous"
