"Store is constantly dirty. Drinks are always made wrong. You buy a $6 drink and they swap it out with hot chocolate. You don't notice till you're home. Go back to inquire any they blame you. "Maybe that's what you ordered"...the sticker on the cup says white mocha. This officially has happened twice. First time is a valid mistake, second time is review"

"This Starbucks location is the worst I’ve ever been to, and trust me when I say this I gave this place many tries and yet it always disappoints me ! Don’t bother trying to make a mobile order thinking by the time you arrive there your drink will be ready, the waiting time is absolutely ridiculous. It defeats the entire purpose of a mobile order. Today I was told my drink would come out in 20/25 mins after I had already set a mobile order over 15 mins ago. Not to mention the location is a dead zone cell phones don’t work, also they’re always short staffed which makes the service extreme slow they need more people. Do not go here save yourself some time and go to the one on Main Street instead !!!"

"When did the standard of syrup in iced coffee/cold brew become no classic whatsoever? Because that was never a thing, nor is it currently but somehow every drink I order here for the last year is devoid of it unless I ask for one extra pump prompting the system to print the specific instructions of how many pumps on the ticket. When you order an iced coffee, unless specified otherwise as in “no classic”, the standard practice was always to sweeten the drink with 3-6 pumps per respective size. I know it’s hard to find decent help in a post Covid world but corporate always stressed the importance of recipes to keep all drinks to standard. I think it’s time to retrain everyone on bar because Starbucks is not going to print out every explicit instruction on the ticket to hand hold everyone through menial tasks."

"The order took a little too long to get ready, especially considering that my order did not involve lengthy preparation: americano + wrap. It might have been a bad busy time. All employees though were extremely nice and professional which made my visit pleasant. Special kudos to Lindsey!"
