"Just told me they are closed while the person in front of me got to order and they don’t close until 5pm. Maybe change the time to closing at 4:40? Honestly, that’s not good customer service. Regardless of the holiday."

"Well it's been almost a year since I've been back to this particular location despite its being literally 5 minutes away due to their propensity to foul up every single order on every single visit. Today they did not disappoint; had to wipe down my own table as usual despite five employees and ZERO customers. Had to repeat the first items of my order three times b/c my cashier kept interrupting me to continue her non-work convo. Got my food and the hashbrowns, while burnt, were mysteriously ice cold. Coffee was damn near perfect though, this time. I don't get it; I literally have NONE of the issues I ALWAYS encounter at this location ANYWHERE else. It's always something here."

"The employee's really need to stop and think for a second while working. They all seem to be on auto pilot. My coffee was ordered with 1 cream no sugar as I'm a diabetic and they can't seem to not put sugar in it without a single thought. If I had a food allergy and they ignored it I could sue. Nit to different for a diabetic with sugar. Dunking donuts needs to train their staff better. Across the board."

"I go to the school around the corner from this location so I go here every morning.three days in a row I have ordered a sandwich with specific instructions and it’s never honored. Why am I paying 6 dollars for a sandwich if I can never get it the way that I want it. I also ordered snackin-bacon which is suppose to be a sweet pepper bacon and I got dry plain bacon that I could have made at home. Will not be coming back"

"Place is really kind of hidden behind a small plaza,they do have drive-thru and is kind of quick.Inside probably 2 tables available but food hot and fresh like always. Staff is very friendly and hard working people."
