Dunkin'

"Came thru here for a door dash order we didn’t know if we needed to go thru drive thru or go inside so we went thru the drive and who ever is working the drive thru on Dec 6 around 2:40 pm needs to be talked to by the manager because the attitude that was received was not up to code. Yelling at us “I DONT MAKE THE RULES” kinda unprofessional."

"I understand dunkin closes at 10:00pm but I stopped by at 9:58pm and they just turned off the light for the drive through. I believe they should be able to serve people until the giving closing time."

"The place is infected with bees. There are a couple dozen in there right now where the public sits. I told an employee about them all flying around us and she said that they know and that they are working on it. Is this a health violation, I think so. I’ve never seen anything like it before, don’t come here"

"They mess up on almost every order I have. Very simple ones. Like oh can i have a corn muffin sure.. pull up glazed donut. coffee cream sugar, it's black coffee. Used too be my go too dunkin not anymore."

"There’s something seriously wrong with who I’m assuming is the manager. He always has to fight you with everything. I ordered a large iced coffee. I had a coupon that specifically was for a large. I pull up and he’s at the window. He hands me a medium. I kindly let him know I ordered a large. He’s like no no you ordered a medium. I say I’m sorry but I told the worker a large, that’s literally what my coupon is for. He tells me to pull over. He comes out with the large and points to the sticker “see see you ordered a medium.” I again tell him I asked for a large, obviously the worker misheard or messed up and printed the wrong sticker. How is that my fault? I just don’t understand why a simple “my bad, here you go” was so hard. And this isn’t the first incident with this guy every time they mess up an order he is adamant you’re the one at fault."
