Dunkin' Interstate 95 Southbound, Branford, CT 06405

"I don't know why I keep stopping here on my way to the train in New Haven. The coffee is absolutely horrible and to top it all off the prices are about 30-40% higher at this location (south bound I95). Today's coffee was so bad I threw it out after 1 sip. It's acidic and gross as if the coffee machines have not been cleaned in months. The milk/cream must have been sour too. Not that DD coffee has ever been good but today it was simply undrinkable and beyond gross. Just to add to the disappointment the staff is rude and slow. For the most part they just stand around talking while only 1 person works making food."

"Passed through here on our way to DC. at midnight. Clean bathrooms, food is good, but the attitude is horrible, and there is no customer service. A customer who complained of the poor service got yelled at repeatedly. Both the person behind the register and the person at the Dunkin' donuts were talking back at him. The guy working behind the Dunkin'donuts counter even asked him if he wanted to "take it outside". It was pretty scary. No apology provided to me or my party or any explaination. Doesn't seem like an isolated incident. Not a good experience."
