"Today I went into this Dunkin’ Donuts to order my coffee. The person taking my order was unable to give me iContact when taking my order, she did not read back my order, which made my order incorrect. I seen the price of my order, and I asked questions because I had got a doughnut and then I have a coupon for a two dollar medium latte, it came out to five and some change she overcharged me because she added things to my coffee that I did not request . So when my order was made, they called Out a latte with oat milk, and I told the lady that made my drink that I didn’t order oat milk. I got whole milk she went back to the order taker, and she argued with her other coworker about what I said in Spanish thinking that I didn’t know what she was saying so I responded back to her and I said you have a heavy accent, so whole milk and oat milk sound the same to you Regardless, if you read it back like you suppose to wouldn’t happen . The Latte machine isn’t okay to something from it taste like chemicals and soap."

"Literally this pic shows ALL they had. A donut place with barely any donuts. They had more bagels than donuts. The matcha latte I ordered looked like white milk. I had to ask if I can actually get matcha in it!! Don’t go to this one if you’re looking for anything other than something that’s already sitting around."
