When I go to the pick up counter they ask what I’m waiting for, when I tell them they act like they had no idea I even placed an order. And even then my order ends up being wrong. Stinks because this is the only Dunkin’ on my way to work. Time to switch to Starbucks!"
"I've coming the past 3 days and today was the worst! I ask for an extra large caramel latte hot. The idiot decided to take his time, when I get it its barely luke warm? His excuse? How they clean the machine last night that's why it came out that way? An unclean machine will not affect the temperature of the water!!!!"
"Absolutely the worst Dunkin I have ever been to. Ordered two drinks and both were done wrong. When I told the women they were wrong she was rude and condescending. They fixed one and redid one. The one they redid was done so incredibly bad that it was almost undrinkable. I wonder if it was done on purpose since we heard a heated discussion behind the counter that we could not understand. Will never set foot in this store again and I advise others to do the same. They staff in this store are very bad."
