I went to pick up an order and I was waiting for over half an hour while people who were walking in after me were getting their orders basically right away. The employees don't seem to care much about it either and just shrug it off like it's not a big deal. It affects my ratings and the job in general to be waiting these ridiculous wait times. Do better Starbucks."
