"Really wanted to leave a good review. Sam promised to find me a cheaper rate on my car insurance as things were crazy and out of my control kind of. I warned him the rate may go up since that was happening to me on my own. He ASSURED me it would not at all but I still understood when it did. He told me he’d talk with underwriting to try and knock a few bucks off and call me the next day. He even urged me to go get my new state license the next day since he said it would factor into the price. After all that, saying he was going to get back me, he disappeared. I called him and emailed him and nothing. I’m really upset and sad because I really liked him initially. I don’t blame him for the rate going up. But not communicating back with your potential customers is just bad business."

They even got us some cat supplies when they found out we rescued one of our fur babies from the cold outdoors. They treat you like family.
