"Girl with the giant eyelashes and red wig is rude. Doesn't say a word and slams the bag of donuts on the counter to hurry you. This happens every morning I go there. She needs to be replaced with someone with better manners and customer service skills. Really bad attitude"

"The tea I was given this evening was filled to the brim with scalding hot water that began to leak out as soon as the person in the Drive-Thru window handed it to me and in turn flooded the coffee cup holder that I quickly placed it into to stop my hand from being burnt. I know that tea requires hot water but is it necessary to fill the cup to the brim? I can't help but feel that it was done maliciously because I can't believe that somebody would be that ignorant. This is exactly why I prefer going to Cumberland farms and making my own coffee for less than half the price."
