"Worst Service Ever!!! They are racists (I am part black), and liars. They drove past my building and did not stop when I was waving to them and opened the door twice then they lied about the package being undeliverable (I told them a day before not to put it on the truck and I would pick it up at the warehouse they did not do so). When I went into the Norwalk warehouse, they called the police on me to have me removed from the premises for trying to pick up my own item I paid money for. After all, they promised me a day before would be there. When the Norwalk police showed up, they broke my glasses and it cost me over $150 to replace them. UPS ought to pay that cost. Sadley a lot of merchants use ups and I have to deal with this each time they send a package via UPS."

"Horrible customer service. Delivery driver did not give me a chance to come to the door . I call for them to hold my package at this location, they refuse to do it over the phone. Re-directed me to their website which has a fee. They are not trying to deliver packages they are trying to make a profit. All my UPS encounter have been great until i came along with this location"

"I went through hell for an entire month just to get my passport. When the passport agency finally shipped it UPS lost it in one day at this facility. I was supposed to go to a funeral but now I had to cancel my flight because of their careless. Then the cherry on top of all this is I’ve been calling for days trying to get an update and all I’m hearing is “we’re conducting an investigation”. If you were conducting an investigation it would’ve been found already. I hated the Ups before but now… if I see any of my packages being delivered by ups I’m canceling my order. WORST DELIVERY COMPANY!!!"
