"My experience with Matthew was highly disappointing. I am a traditional guy who values personal service and a one-on-one relationship. I have had Liberty Mutual insurance for many decades and has long given up on having an insurance agent when a member of Team Matt called out of the blue to sell life insurance. He heard me out about service, made many false promises such as reviewing my policies & calling back. I later called Matt & never heard back. Matt has NEVER called me to introduce himself, review policies, or form any relation beyond collecting an annual fee despite not even selling the policies in the first place. This is after a nightmare claim in which I REALLY needed an advocate. I WILL move in a few years. An agency there operates on the model of speaking love language with clients. I look forward to that change.,"
