"They're always getting my order wrong I have to repeat myself loudly and clearly each time about my order and they still get it wrong they're either understaffed or just plain incompetent also it takes them double the amount of time to get your order ready then it does at other Dunkin' Donuts"

"Service took a nose dive ever since the manager of 20+ years left. The drive-thru wait time is horrible. You can grow coffee beans faster than it takes to go through this drive-through. I thought I could save time by ordering inside. Instead, there were people standing around waiting for their food. One woman was complaining that she was still waiting after 30 minutes!! I suggest staying away from this particular Duncan."

"Been to this Dunkin a few times in the past couple of weeks. The service is terrible! Very slow! The other day I got to the drive thru window and had to repeat the order to the server twice after she read someone else’s order to me first because she couldn’t remember. This morning the guy working the drive thru also couldn’t remember and messed up the order. Coffee with milk and sugar, the coffee has cream, not milk, and no sugar and this was after waiting for 20 minutes in the drive thru line. My suggestion would be train your staff better or hire staff who can handle the job because clearly the staff here either can’t handle it or just don’t care."

"For whatever reason when I go to this Dunkin on my way to work they get the order wrong or somehow make a coffee wrong even after a mobile order. They are nice but don’t know what they are doing half the time. For example I mobile ordered a cold brew with cream and butter pecan and I got a cold brew with NO ICE?? with cream and a little flavor. Then they just dumped it into a new cup WITH ice which basically left all the flavor in the bottom of the old cup. I know it’s busy but please learn how to do your job properly. Half the time the coffee taste wrong."

"Love the Dunkin' donuts in the new four corners. Also right next to Gary's Barber Shop the best barber shop in Brookfield, Connecticut. The building Used to be the hearth restaurant Dunkin donuts that is. And I do miss that but it is convenient to get my d&d on in the morning. Got to have my latte before work! I also always use my d&d app to get points"
