"SLOWEST Dunkin in CT. Went to get 1 donut for our 2 yr old and it took 20min. They didn't wait on anyone inside the store and only served the drive thru. Made everyone at the counter wait until the entire drive thru was clear which was the reason for the 20min wait. The staff clearly can't multitask."

"I got a free drink from Dunkin for my birthday. Before the coupon expired, I went into this Dunkin to use it. While looking at the menu board something popped out at me, frozen hot chocolate. I've had it once before at a different coffee establishment and it was delicious. I was not disappointed. Even on a cold day, this went down easy and deliciously. As it melted, it mixed together and became more delicious. I ended up only finishing half, I put the rest in the fridge. The next day it was no longer frozen, but basically a liquid iced chocolate. Dunkin, keep this item on the menu!"
