"Opening day was great, but nothing but trouble since. Ordered ahead for pickup - 2pm - arrived 2:30 - still waiting at 3pm. Ordered 3 salads today w chicken - got home - no chicken on any. Tried to call 3 times - no answer any time. EDIT: Since I had my receipt, management made good on the missing chicken, but still had to stand in line & wait like anyone else."

"First time in ffld location. Found parking easy. The store wasn't too packed. I didn't understand the need to have ppl take our orders in line instead of going straight to the counter. I guess that the chic FIL a way. Other than that the order was correct and the food is good."

"Really happy to see CFA open in Fairfield and managing the crowds. They had a ton of staff ready to take orders while in line, that was great. The space is modern and has a ton of seating, can’t wait to see how it does in the warmer months with the outdoor area too. Food was great and typical CFA fare, the only thing I found odd was no frozen drinks or milkshakes right now. I get they may take longer to make but that was a little bit of a bummer after getting parked, waiting in line and then finding that out. I’m sure they’ll get everything going soon though as the staff works through opening week! Was happy to see a separate area for Mobile Pick-Up this should be pretty easy for people once business levels out some and Uber eats/etc open up as options."
