"I'm fairly certain that this is the first 1-star review that I've EVER given. "3 Delivery Attempts Made" Security cameras show ZERO attempts made; NO door hangers left on door; Driver pulls into neighbors driveway, doesn't get out of truck, and pulls out of the driveway. Signature release hanging on front door and we have have been home daily... I have nothing but issues with package "deliveries" from this FedEx facility. Please hire new drivers or train them to understand what an address is and how to walk to a front door. Edit: The package finally arrived but had obviously been tampered with (photos available if FedEx cares). Will be filing complaint with AG."

"After reading the reviews it seems that this location is just known for pretending to make a delivery...too damn lazyyyyyy.... I wish there was an option to not have any of my packages shipped by you guys..Lazyyyy Drivers...and nothing is being done about it..."

"If there was a way to leave less than one star I would. Package was supposed to be delivered on 10/13 by 130. took time off from work to be there to sign for it. At 530 the truck pulled up and drove away while I watched. Tracking was updated to say I refused the package. I called fedex and was told that Verizon requested the package not be delivered. Called Verizon and then called Fed ex for a 3 way call. Verizon informed Fed Ex that they did not make such a request, and in fact, could not make such a request. My son tracked down the truck a few blocks away and the driver told him the package was in Stratford...15 minutes after they claim i refused it. My son went to Stratford and was shown information that 'Aces' requested the package be returned. I was connected to the Stratford location and was told to speak to a manager in the morning, that my packages were 'on her desk' and they could not release them because Verizon requested them back..despite Verizon repeatedly telling them to release the packages. I went to the location today and the Manager told me A) that the packages were already shipped out and B) even if they hadn't been she wouldn't give them to me. She also would not supply the new tracking information. Once I got the new tracking info after calling a very confused Verizon employee, tracking showed the package was in fact...in Stratford. Called Fed Ex again and was told this time that the manager claims they were undeliverable. After 5 hours on the phone and multiple lies by various local and call center employees, I still have no packages. Fed Ex screwed up repeatedly and despite direct confirmation from the shipper, Verizon, refused to fix their errors, doubled down on the lies and were rude beyond belief to me in person despite the fact that it was the first time I had ever spoken to the manager. If you don't want annoyed customers to show up for information, don't lie to them repeatedly. My ring camera recorded the 'delivery' that wasn't even attempted. the list of excuses. Package refused Verizon requested the package be returned Fex ex Security flagged the package for return package was undeliverable Told to contact shipper to have package rerouted back to me. Verizon called and Fex Ex told them since it was in ship status they couldn't do that...yet according to Fed Ex...Verizon did just that the day before. Do yourself a huge favor and never deal with Fed Ex, Fed Ex Express, or anyone that claims their goal is customer service that works for them."

"This is a great FedEx Ship Center! I accidentally selected the wrong delivery (2-day instead of overnight) and tracked my package to this location. When I went to the store, a lovely employee named Rose assisted me. She went above and beyond - going all the way to back to help me locate my package so I could pick it up before it routed to the second location a day too late. I am really impressed by the excellent customer service here."
