Was recently checking out online and heard a customer looking for help on where to go for Amazon return, the on duty supervisor Devon was just super proactive and friendly, I overheard her say Hi can I help you? Do you have a return for Amazon? (It was obvious he did he had a nice big prime box) when he said yes she said I'm happy to help you come right over here with me."
