"Customer service via telephone is a JOKE. They do not answer the phone and it automatically hangs you up...and Customer support via email is even worst as they just suggest that you call a number that no one answers that hangs you up....USELESS"

Instead of trying to solve the problem, the dude told me he wanted to take his lunch so I could either come back another day and drive 2 hours round trip or wait an hour for him to finish lunch. The lady who greeted me was also super rude. y’all really suck over there"

"I went to pick up a registered mail package and they had lost the key to the cabinet where they store the packages...online says my package will be returned in two business days, but I got no second notice. I tried to schedule a redelivery but online said the address where I received the missed delivery slip was not the correct address...which doesn't make sense as it is where they tried to deliver it previously."

"I was supposed to get a package delivered. I got a notification saying that the package couldn't be delivered because of "obstruction to front door/backdoor". I live on a residential, one way street with a very clear set of steps leading to both the front door, as well as the backdoor. My neighbor was home the entire day, and he said there were no trucks or anything like that parked outside that could have prevented the postal worker from delivering the package. I tried to call to get this sorted out, but no one would pick up the phone despite several calls. Very disappointed."
