FedEx Drop Box

The FedEx Drop Box located at 72 Grays Bridge Road in Brookfield, Connecticut, United States offers 24/7 drop-off for FedEx Express, FedEx Ground, and FedEx SmartPost prelabeled shipments. You can choose from 1-, 2-, or 3-day shipping options for FedEx Express, or select FedEx Ground for shipments to arrive in 1-5 business days.

The drop boxes accept a variety of packages, including FedEx Express envelopes and boxes, as well as packages with your own packaging and a FedEx label. Boxes up to 20" x 12" x 6" are accepted at the drop box location. Drop-off times vary by location, with many drop boxes now offering extended hours and even Saturday pickup at select sites.

To use the drop box, you can create a shipping label online or fill out an airbill using your FedEx account number. Print the label and affix it to your package, then simply drop it off at the FedEx Drop Box near you. Please note that no cash, check, or credit card payments are accepted at the drop box location.

You can use FedEx packaging or your own with a FedEx shipping label, and packages that are too large for the drop box can be brought to the counter at a nearby FedEx location.
