The FedEx Drop Box located at 180 South Broadway in White Plains, New York, offers convenient 24/7 drop-off for FedEx Express, FedEx Ground, and FedEx SmartPost prelabeled shipments. Customers can choose from 1-, 2-, or 3-day shipping options for FedEx Express, or select FedEx Ground for shipments to arrive in 1-5 business days.

The drop boxes accept a variety of packages, including FedEx Express envelopes and boxes, as well as packages with a FedEx label. Package sizes up to 20" x 12" x 6" are accepted at this location.

Drop-off times vary depending on the location, with many drop boxes now offering extended drop-off times and Saturday pickup options. Customers can create a shipping label online or fill out an airbill using their FedEx account number, then print and affix the label to their package before dropping it off at the nearest FedEx Drop Box.
