"This is the worst company to work for!!! They do not care about their drivers!! Steals your tips!! Many customers say they tipped but never received it!!!!!! God forbid you are 5 min late even in a snow storm they will cancel your delivery. Risk driving in bad weather and even give them a heads up that you're on your way and they still cancel you.!!! They will increase the amount if Noone accepts it but right before you get to the store your order disappears or they lowered the price!!! They will change the mileage after you accept the order. It will say 5 miles and end up being 17!!!Drivers beware I thought Uber was bad this is their brother.!!!"
"They offer ZERO support for their drivers, the lifeblood of their company. I have been having login issues, have sent numerous emails, and chatted numerous times over the course of the last month, and still no response. Phone number is a recording directing you to leave an email, which as mentioned, I have done already, MANY TIMES. How does this company stay in business if their support team is non existent? How do customers get a hold of them? That's what I'd like to know."
"Report them to the federal trade commission. They don’t want to pay drivers. They make any and all excuses not to pay. Yesterday, Point Pickup asked me to deliver 15 microwaves to a hotel that was closed and being renovated. When I picked up the order it said $7.27 would be the pay so I’m thinking it’s just one thing. However I contacted Point Pickup and they said that the order would be more once I delivered so I went to the hotel, which was completely renovated, and a police told me to not leave those items there just take it back to the store, because there were people who were homeless that rest Around here and he was trying to keep them away so I did that. On the way to bringing them back I called Walmart to let them know I was bringing it back and I confirmed I bought them back after that. Point Pickup completely took the payment off my platform didn’t pay me for bringing The item to the hotel or bringing it back to the store so they’re nothing but scammers. 15 microwaves for $7.27 that’s highway robbery. There was a class action lawsuit with them, which I’m sure they paid the judge off and people were not paid the funds they weren’t getting paid and now I know the stuff they’re doing to cheat and scam people out of money. I will never ever drive for them again imagine trying to deliver 15 microwaves that are over 30 pounds to a hotel that is closing then bringing it all back it takes you at least an hour to do all of this and they want to pay you $7.27, no thank you"
"I have been working for this company about eight months now occasionally , and I have had several unethical and unprofessional business experiences with this company as a delivery driver. First of all, they do pay you weekly on Wednesdays sometimes promptly and accurately , however other times not so much or not at all. After you complete 20 deliveries , and have been active for a certain amount of days they provide you with the instant pay option, given you add your bank account information, and you email and stay on them when you are eligible until they make the option available to you because they won't do it otherwise. I also want to add their idea of instant pay is twenty five hours from the time the delivery is completed , in the event they do pay you for it . I am now awaiting payment for a whole day of deliveries I completed almost a week ago in the amount of $138.00 that I have yet to receive despite my account less email attempts , chat and phone call attempts . They will not assist or help you via phone or chat and have yet to respond to any of my fifteen emails Ive sent this week through the app and through Gmail as well. Also, the deliveries don't even show pending on my account or reflect that I even did them anywhere but in the chat forum where it read I had completed the orders. Therefore , they know and are aware that I have successfully completed the deliveries , however have failed to pay me for delivering these orders. This isn't the first time I have had a problem or a payment delayed for no other reason than unethical and unprofessional sloppy business practice. They know and aware of their actions I'm certain, which is exactly why they don't provide drivers with verbal customer support via phone or chat unless it's a live delivery issue , and even that they don't do in a timely manner and aren't much help if you do get someone to assist you"
"The worst gig app I’ve ever worked for, there’s no one to call when something happens at pickup, they don’t pay you even if you traveled all the way to store and the order was picked up by someone else they just delete it from your history, or they drop you as your 5 mi. Away even though you tell them your arrival time I literally never know if I’ll actually get the order until I get there . The drop off process is ridiculous they ask you 32 questions as your just trying to drop peoples stuff and move forward. The pay is below average literally seen orders with 45 mile delivery for 13$. App needs work it’s constantly glitching and blowing me up with notifications as I’m delivering. Support is little to no help they seemingly can’t do anything so it’s kinda you just figuring everything out and hoping you get paid. Most importantly though the money is not even worth it they don’t reimburse you tolls or parking or when you sit for 30 min waiting for an order that never comes and never was there to begin with. It’s a waste of time and they couldn’t care less about you as a driver . Awful experience all around"
