"I am new to the area and had a hard time understanding how mail service works here apparently. Coming from a big city mail delivery is done completely different here and I have to say I was becoming a pest to the two people working in this post office. I was either calling or emailing with questions and actually giving them a hard time about getting my mail delivered. That being said I was very impressed with how they dealt with me and handled me and my situation. Especially the postmaster Elly. She kept her composure, did not speak rudely to me and continued to explain very thoroughly until I understood. She remained in a calm voice and did not appear irritated, which is hard to do I'm sure, especially working in a post office. After everything was resolved I felt bad after so that's why I figured I should at least give them a good review to let them know I appreciate their help."
