The FedEx Drop Box at 1579 Straits Turnpike in Middlebury, Connecticut, offers convenient 24/7 drop-off for FedEx Express, FedEx Ground, and FedEx SmartPost prelabeled shipments. You can choose from 1-, 2-, or 3-day shipping options for FedEx Express, or select FedEx Ground for shipments to arrive within 1-5 business days.

The drop box accepts a variety of packages, including FedEx Express envelopes and boxes, as well as packages with your own packaging but labeled with a FedEx label. The drop box can accommodate packages up to 20" x 12" x 6".

Drop-off times may vary depending on the location, with many drop boxes now offering extended drop-off times and Saturday pickup options at select sites. To use the drop box, create a shipping label online or fill out an airbill with your FedEx account number, then print and affix the label to your package before dropping it off.

Please note that no cash, check, or credit card payments are accepted at the drop box location.
