"Lousy service!! Friday morning a lazy driver signed for my package and gave it to some one else. He was seen on camera at the wrong door where the numbers a big as day in your face!! I missed my girlfriend's performance at the Hartford Music Festival looking for my package Saturday!! I called Fed Ex and the stupidvisor Nathan jis blew it off saying the driver made a mistake. WHERE IS MY PACKAGE PAID FOR?? The driver did not do his job and I was told call the company and make a claim. How about you enforce your drivers to do their job or someone else will and do not make excuses for a driver in CT when he is in OH!!"
