"I was using FedEx but I receive too many damaged boxes that where delivered by FedEx. I now use UPS & USPS. We now have A LOT fewer damaged boxes / damaged box contents. Just stating my personal experiences. There is no reason FedEx can't be expeditious, without damaging freight. I have had them throw boxes 10,12,15 feet from my door..I caught one female driver in the act, I asked her "WHY ARE YOU THROWING MY DELIVERY?" Driver: "I don't know if you have a dog" Me: " nice excuse for not waking the extra steps..so every house you deliver to in this area ,,,you toss there packages/boxes to there porch"? Driver: if I think they have a dog, yea I do!" I was a delivery driver for many years and I NEVER threw, tossed or dropped any customers boxes / packages etc, Commercial or residential. NOT all FedEx drivers thay deliver to us are bad, but too many bad experiences has made the company we do buisness with stop shipping with fedEx."
