"We got a trampoline which came in two boxes. One of them was delivered because I’m guessing the driver didn’t see the other one. This was on Friday. All weekend we been on the phone trying to get the other package but of course we’re getting the run around. There is no accountability and no action taking place, and of course no number to whoever or whatever department is investigating this. FedEx obviously doesn’t care about quality service and making sure people get what they need especially when the driver made a mistake."
