"I should have known by the poor reviews not to use this place. Package never showed up on the scheduled delivery day. Called both the location and FedEx customer service and nobody could find an answer as to where the package went. Per the tracking it is allegedly going to be delivered by end of day today. Well its the end of the day and nobody knows where this package is. The last update they have is that it was put on a truck for delivery at 7am this morning and over 12 hours later is nowhere to be found. Worst customer service ever. FedEx doesn't care about its customers at all. By telling me that "we dont know where it is and the station is closed" as a final resolution. I guess ill just wait and see if the package appears anywhere. Thanks FedEx for the poor service and losing my package."
