Nathan, Cameron, and Clayton arrived on time and completed the move in the designated time frame (which isn’t always the case with other companies). They were even friendly to my dog! "It’s like having a loving, compassionate family lead you through your move. I was a mess. Anxious, uncertain, having never moved before this was a gigantic event for us. They say moving is among the top three most stressful situations. I can attest to that. But EVERYONE at All My Sons were so kind and understanding!! I cried everytime I spoke with Theresa, Cliff and others there, because they were so empathetic and made me feel so cared for through it all. They told me they were putting their most experienced guy on our move. They knew how this would comfort me. We were downsizing from a 3200 sq ft colonial to an 1800 sq ft townhome. Decisions!!! Their best lead guy, Tim Rogers showed up right on time. He called me thirty minutes ahead to let me know they were close by. He brought four great guys the first day. They settled my nerves by doing a complete walk thru with my husband and me, looking at all the tagged items to be packed. They were also picking up all of our China and glassware and other kitchen items. They started right away. I am impressed by how efficient they were! And through and careful! From caring for the house we were leaving to caring for the new townhome, they laid down runners and wrapped everything in blankets. Paintings and mirrors were wrapped and placed in special boxes. They even packed the food from the pantries! By 2pm on the first day the first truck was full and they drove straight away to unpack at the townhome. They placed everything where directed and even moved things when we decided to make a change. They even remade the beds! The second day was just as fabulous. I cannot praise this company and their team enough. They will always be our go to for moving needs - they’re family now!!"

"My experience with this company was very positive. They responded to my initial call immediately. They arrived on time and made the move efficiently and with care. The two gentlemen were very polite and even offered to help me move some of my existing furniture around. I would certainly recommend them."

"They were extremely slow at the first stop and reckless when they arrived at my new address. Did not follow the instructions as to where to park the van. Tore a picture off the building wall and never told me. Did not replace the grate in the elevator that they removed. I tipped these guys $90. and they never told me the damage they caused. It cost me $541. to replace the damaged frame."

"They lost hundred's of dollars worth of my bedding/ pillows that I packed in a massive clear mattress protector bag, I saw them take it but it never showed up to my house. This was after I tipped each mover an extra $50 each to make sure everything went smoothly. When I tried to contact them they just told me "sorry we don't know where it is". They told me they would call me back about it and never did, and now everytime I call them it just keeps ringing, no voicemail options and ignoring my emails. So unprofessional!!!!"
