"ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! We ordered our sandwiches here to grab a quick bite before heading to the airport. While on our way, we called at 10:17am to place the order, arrived at 10:22am and paid at 10:29am. When we arrived, no one acknowledged me. I was looked at disrespectfully as if I wasn’t welcome (could be a race thing, not sure). When I stated the name on the order, I found that it was already ready, much to my delight! But, when I paid and sat down in the car to eat the sandwich, I found that it was underwhelming. We ordered two Asiago bagels with a few add-ons and ketchup and hot sauce. We mentioned many times to the person helping us that we would like both of those items. When we opened our sandwich, we found that our “Asiago” bagel was really a plain bagel with a sad slice of cheese on top and some random seasoning. We also did not notice any ketchup or hot sauce, and to too it off our sandwiches were COLD. When we called to rectify the situation, they did not apologize or look for ways to find a solution. Instead, they accused us of taking 45 minutes to get to the restaurant because of their wonky computer system and lying about out sandwiches being cold (time stamps of when we called are attached below). They blamed us for their technical and mechanical errors. Fantastic customer services right there. Don’t waste your time. If you want a sandwich done right, you’re better off going to Dunkin’."
"Great atmosphere. They are a little pricey, but you won't break the bank. We'll seasoned food. Smiley friendly faces. I got the sausage egg and cheese on a hard roll with extra egg. 3 hashbrowns (which were better than mcdonalds AND cheaper) and a corn muffin which was to die for. Overall, it was a great experience, and I will def be going back. Keep up the good work, Kettle Bagel!!!"
"Coffee is good and the some bagels are marginal. The everything bagels lack flavor as does the strawberry cream cheese. The French Toast bagels are delicious with the Maple Bacon cream cheese. Place could use a thorough decluttering of the old restaurant equipment in the table area and the overflowing stock room shelves that take up the tiny coffee prep area. The signage is mixed and confusing due to the four unused TV screens in an extremely cluttered wall space (As if they just keep adding more signage instead of replacing them)"
"Welcome to Kettle Bagels, where they serve up some wicked good bagels and a killer cup of Joe. The everything and garlic bagels are the real MVPs here, especially when you slather on a thick layer of cream cheese. The staff is totally on point too, so you know you're in for a treat. They've got all sorts of options on the menu, but honestly, I haven't had the time to venture beyond my go-to bagels. Maybe one day I'll be a bit more adventurous, but for now, I'm just enjoying the ride."
"Very great bagel place, up there with the best I've eaten. I tried the Vito sandwich on an everything bagel and my girlfriend got the bacon, sausage and egg on a sesame. Both were very delicious. Watch out for the hot banana peppers on the Vito! Usually when people say hot I think they're exaggerating but it had a strong bite. I would give it 4.5 stars if I could, only because I didn't enjoy the iced coffee like I'd hoped. Definitely, I would recommend this place and I must certainly would return if ever in the area again."
