"Good smoothies a but expensive tho but every place is expensive now! Only complaint is I’m outta work at 8:00 and you are supposed to close at 9. I have a 45 min drive home and multiple times I’ve pulled up at around 10 of 9:00 and I can see the two employees and they just look at me n ignore me and it’s kinda messed up. I come a lot and I understand people want to clean up and get out at 10:00 but ur hrs are til 9:00 not 8:50. It literally would take 2 mins to make my smoothie and clean it up but they don’t care about their customers apparently. I guess I just have to start accepting that the younger generation doesn’t care or take pride in their work. Again good smoothies but management needs to hold the night staff accountable"

"This morning I stop in at Smoothie King’s store #1294 in Wallingford,CT. I order my usual drink. As I frequent this location. Many times there will be some extra in the bottom of the blender. I’m one to ask for the extra in a small cup, or the entire drink placed into a larger cup to NOT WASTE / THROW AWAY what I figure, I’ve payed for. So today, (employee) Tyla P. says to me after I ask can she pour the rest into a small cup replies, it’s against company policy, I then replying each morning I’ve asked without this being said. But she offers me a plastic cup for some reason. SO THE COMPANIES POLICY IS TO WASTE THE EXTRA RATHER THAN POUR INTO A SMALL CUP❔The product was paid and blended with extra left over, BUT SEE’S IT OK TO GIVE ME AN EMPTY EXTRA CUP, that i’m sure does cost the company money. If this is company’s policy, What a waste of the company’s money is being spent on your employees giving out of plastic cups❔ I was ultimately ready to just say take the drink back and refund my money to say what do you think of your company asking why was this drink refunded immediately after it’s purchase❔Sounds like your out eating dinner at one of your favorite restaurants, Not finishing all your food and ask for a to-go box and they reply with, IT’S AGAINST OUR COMPANY’S POLICY❕❕❕❕❕"

"the smoothies here are always good, but every time i’ve gone to this specific location the employees just seem like they all hate their lives. which is understandable, i mean who likes making smoothies all day for minimum wage? but they could at least try to not have an attitude about it. they’ve never been rude exactly, but they’re definitely not nice. i know plenty of teens that are able to put on a customer service face and hide their angst, but these people just can’t seem to do that. whatever though, it’s worth dealing with to get a tasty smoothie i guess."

"Very quick service and the smoothie was tasty I would recommend getting the slim meal replacement smoothie as it is filling but not packed full of sugar."
