"We used Noah’s Ark in February 2023. We had the most amazing experience, they packed everything impeccably, we filled 2 trucks. We provided food and drink over a 2 day period, the team were so friendly and accommodating. We had a 2 week lapse in our new house, our furniture went into storage. Phase 2 of moving in was equally seamless, all the furniture was unpacked, situated, they moved things around as required. It took 6 hours and a team of 8 to offload. Amazing team and experience, highly recommend."

"We have used Noah’s Arc for several moves. One of our main concerns was that our Steinway grand be appropriately and safely transported. An additional concern with or recent move was that we were downsizing and I had very specific placement of furniture .. I was able to successfully coordinate with the crew despite needing to make changes with placement of where things would go.They made this last most stressful move less so and with humor. "I've moved many times, from across town to across the continent, so I've had many experiences with movers. I used Noah's Ark for a local move of only heavier, bulkier items I didn't want to deal with myself, and was satisfied. The crew showed up on time (a little early, actually), was quick, friendly, and careful (although I didn't have them move much that was fragile). In setting up the appointment, I dealt with Gavin, who was professional and competent, and knows how to interact with customers. The quote he gave me promptly over the phone was almost identical to a quote I received from a competitor that came to my house. What wasn't so great: To finalize the deal I ended up speaking with a gentleman who identified himself as the owner, and I can understand why Gavin does most of the sales interactions; this other fellow is cranky and all business. I was disappointed that I had to book a date a week before the end of the month to avoid paying twice as much--so I ended up moving earlier than I really wanted to, and paying for my empty condo for the rest of the month. I also was required to lock in the date and pay a deposit six weeks in advance, which is not universally required by movers. Finally, I don't care for their policy of charging a mark-up to use a credit card, or being pressured to tip, both in the written quote and by one of the crew (I did tip, because the crew did a good job, but I didn't appreciate the pressure to do it; I'm a grown-up who knows when a tip is appropriate). But the move itself was excellent."

"Our move from Connecticut to Long Island was the third move Noah's Ark has handled over the last 15 years. We felt the price was fair, the dealing straightforward, and the estimate thoroughly done. As a result, there were no pricing surprises. The movers arrived a little early, loaded stuff efficiently, and unloaded just as efficiently. And our move included a piano that arrived unhurt. Moving is a hassle at the best of times, but Noah's Ark took away any nasty surprises and unpleasantness. Great to do business with them again. And recommend them highly for your move. A professional outfit."

"Noah's Ark did an excellent job with our very short notice move (we only had 3 days notice!) They were extremely responsive and got everything scheduled right away. On moving day they showed up right on time and were extremely professional and careful as they disassembled and moved our furniture and boxes down 3 flights of stairs to their truck. Once at our new home they communicated very well to work with us on putting everything in the proper rooms and reassembled all the furniture very quickly. Overall I had a fantastic experience with Noah's Ark for my move and would highly recommend them if you're planning a move in the future!"
