"The guy driving the van w license plate number A4146, sucks at driving. Can’t use cruise control an apparently can’t notice if his turn signal is still on so he just leaves it on for no reason. We use cruise control cuz we knw how to drive on a highway. We passed him several times, then he’d speed up & pass us, and then slow down. Now he just drives in the passing lane going slow like a douche.driving isn’t that hard. Just drive ur car"
"The best driver is George 3 am 10 am hopefully he don't go"
"For the love of God please find another method of transportation. If you are lucky to get a sober driver they still manage to be rude and never on time."
"Worst experience ever drivers are rude. Do not speak English. Even with a reservation confirmation txt they never picked me up then acted like I called the wrong number.place needs to be out of business"
"I have been a passenger for several years now with never once complaining of my pick-up, drop off times or connecting vans. Your drivers even with speaking limited english always were/are professional and polite to me. However, on Monday, November 4, on or about 3am I got a call to be ready for my 5am trip back to Springfield, MA. I was leaving from 2140 Beverly Road in Flatbush, Brooklyn. My driver was punctual and even had a stepstool and a outreached arm to assist me into the large van. This was because he seen me walking with my cane and leaning on my 4-wheeled walker (I had no luggage with me). After picking up another young lady and while waiting, the driver treated us to a hot coco and a tea. Now when we got to the transfer point at a gas station/convenience store in the Bronx is where a complete change took place. I paid the first driver my $30 which I think is an excessive amount just to go from Flatbush to the Bronx at that hour in the morning with a 65 year old woman. But I did it and he directed me to the front seat of a same size van. The walker was taken to the back because there were people already on. The 2nd much younger driver, began cursing and complaining because he couldn't fit my walker on top of luggage that was placed on the inside of the van already. If I could hear him I know everybody else could. But they said nothing. It was me who asked him to stop cursing like that and that it was very disrespectful to me and the other women on the van. He in then told me that he was a ground man and could"cuss" anytime he felt like it. My response was that "yeah, but your cursing at "My Stuff" (the walker). He continued trying to force it into the van and gave up after 5 minutes bringing it to the front with my help nestled it between he and I. He was so angry with me that you could hear it in his voice and I became frightened and said nothing else to him. He was already mad because he had to pick a passenger up pass 125th on 101st Street. Who cares? It's 4am, little to no traffic and it your as to do it....oh well. When we got nearer to Spfld. the heat was turned up and the music got louder. I believe to annoy me because I was sitting in the front seat where the heater is. Again, I said nothing. I paid the man another $30. Closer to Main Street we were transferred again but I could see that beautiful Chestnut Park building. My ride was short and sweet. You could see the little school buses lined up in front of my building. I was so happy to be back home, that my eyes were tearing because of that 2nd driver cursing and embarrassing me in front of strangers. I stepped on the curb letting the 3rd driver go on to Holyoke. When I went to reach for the handrails, the Left one was BROKEN and all I thought of was HIM forcing my walker in the back of the van where I couldn't see him. When all you do is collapse it and place any other totes or cases on top. See these are the kind of men that Should Not represent Geraldo Express. They should come with good references and definite training with people skills. In short, I learned My lesson, it will take some time and better planning before I use or refer your services again :( This is not how you treat people with disabilities of any kind when dealing with public. (Shame On That Driver, he knows who I'm referring to.)"
