"The decline in customer service in the pharmaceutical section is sad. There were 3 people behind the counter, as I was the only one waiting, and suddenly more people started coming, and I was still waiting and not one of the three people looked up to see if there was anyone waiting to pick up a prescription. I then had to proceeded and say hello and someone help me and they continue doing what they were doing. I said will be right with you, leaving me waiting yet a little longer while there was a pregnant woman standing behind me. So sad how there is no care in the world to assist."

"I purchased all of this product Native with a gift card and a credit card that was changed because of fraud. I went to return these items due to a major allergic reaction to my body. I came to return with the receipt and they are not taking any items back that were not used. I purchase so many items from then and never had to return anything until now. this is not customer service and they informed me because I used a gift card."

"Be prepared to wait in line for a long time. This seems to be by design because it's been like this for years and years. They only ever have one real register open at most and the line for self checkout is usually halfway to the back of the store. This photo is from a Wednesday afternoon."
