"The worst customer service experience I've ever had. We had a delivery scheduled for a Wednesday, it got moved to Friday between 10am and 4pm. Friday we called and they said the driver was about an hour out. Two hours later there is still no delivery. No one ever called to inform us that the delivery was "missed". I called the company to find out what happened and they told me the driver "ran out of hours" and would not be making our delivery. I was transferred to another department that then told me the driver "forgot" about our delivery and was over an hour away making new deliveries. They said our delivery would now be the following Monday. We own a business and are relying on this business to help us. They just argued that it wont be delivered today. I have since had to set up appointments to have this item installed in my business and now my contractors cannot just switch times around for us, because they have other appointments. We asked to have it delivered on the drivers way back and he said no, they cannot do that even if the driver has to come back this way to their warehouse. Finally, we ask to pick the item up ourselves and the manager tells me that it would be back in about two or so hours. I asked for a pick up time to retrieve the item and they tell me roughly two hours, so I said 7:30? to confirm pick up and he said about that... WORST customer service ever. I would never ever recommend them, or use them In the future. I hate even having to give one star"

"Your driver almost hit me in the rotary in West Springfield. After I watched him drive extremely aggressively on 291E and then through the streets of Springfield while constantly being in my lane and almost hitting me repeatedly while we drove over the bridge.. The topper was he drove into my lane while we were in the rotary despite the fact that my car was in the lane and he used no blinker. I had to slam on my breaks to avoid being severely injured. If you employ drivers who have such little regard for life and safety while driving huge 18 wheelers, what does it say about you as a company. You should investigate and deal with him appropriately and if you don't, shame on you!!"

"The worst drivers ever!!!! My daughter had the laziest driver today refuse to take the load off his truck because there were to many boxes and he wasn't doing it himself. So he got in his truck lit up his cigarette and left. The delivery that was supposed to come yesterday but didn't. It is a swing set for my 5 year old Autistic grandson. She has a contractor hired by the company coming tomorrow to put it together. Now she has been told it will be there tomorrow. Funny, it was a guaranteed delivery for Yesterday. Think twice before using this company.. That star is a minus."
