"I love Kohls in Cortland Manor. Very friendly, helpful and pleasant associates at customer service as well as at cash register, including management - the best. I shop at lot and this is my favorite store and never was any problem there, just a pleasure to shop. Last time while waiting on line to customer service desk I overheard other customers making nice comments about staff working in this store and made me very happy because I feel the same. I have to mention all dedicated employees that I have pleasure to deal with: Reporia, Mary Ann, Karen, Debbie, Lora, Jennifer, Jessica, Kervin and most important their managers, especially Jen T. I do not know all names but I can tell that all staff/management in this store are exceptional and deserve for reward. Thank you so much. Zofia S."

"Kazmin, the cashier, was more than helpful when I could not redeem my Kohl's cash. After many tries and phone calls, She was able to redeem it based on her experience with other customers! Amazing employee!"

"John absolutely made my Customer Service experience the best, thank you! The store has been updated, was very clean with a good selection of items. My one critique would be the checkout line. Kohls has eliminated a section of registers, consolidating them to one side of the store. Even with the new addition of self-checkout, the wait always seems longer now, in all their locations, since this change."

"*September 8, 2023 Had visited here mainly because I had to process a return at the Amazon Return center. When finished, there was this 1 customer, that was blocking the little space to exit out of the area and just thought, that was so inconsiderate...(this was in no way the attendant behind the counter's liability as it was this customer's, that had her shopping cart blocking the space and was on her phone). After taking care of that errand, my partner and I were mostly browsing around, (considering I haven't visited the store in a while). They had almost everything setup in preparation for the autumn season, (which is my favorite time/season of the year) and I would suggest this being one of the stores to shop at. ☺️"
