"Bus never showed up for my wedding reception. No phone call. Company claimed they didn’t have my phone number. I paid over the phone. They sent me an email 2 hours before the bus was set to arrive saying the bus would be a few minutes late. I was getting ready for the reception with my wedding party. The bus was over 30 minutes late and at that point we were late and had to drive ourselves. The driver then showed up at the wedding reception asking if we needed the ride home. What a disgrace."
