"This morning, we arrived at 10:20AM for a 10:30 AM appointment. Upon arrival, we found that the door was closed and we had to wait until the technician, Heather, arrived at 10:50 AM. She seemed flustered and unapologetic for being late. She did not invite us in and just blew past us. We needed to ask her if we can come in behind her. Once inside the location, Heather was unable to access the equipment because she didn't know the password. It was clear that she was unprepared for the appointment. While she was trying to figure out how to operate the equipment, we were informed that the package we chose only applied to previous customers, which means that nobody had reviewed the information for our appointment. We asked for the brochure to review the packages and were then informed that the brochures didn't have updated prices. Heather was extremely rude when answering our questions, at which point we decided to leave and go to a location in Nassau County that actually offered better packages and prices and had a wonderful experience. The only reason why I am giving a two-star rating is because the owner, Carolina, sent an apologetic text and offered a $20 discount. But, other than that, it was a terrible experience and I would not recommend this place. There were also no chairs to sit in the “waiting area.” Isn’t this an ultrasound place for pregnant women? A seat would be nice. I hope Heather can be trained to properly operate the equipment and how to communicate with customers without the attitude."

"Carolin is absolutely amazing. Her space is warm and inviting, we felt comfortable from the minute we walked through the door. Every aspect of the experience is well thought out - there is even a massage chair next to the exam table for those accompanying the moms to be. She walked us through the process, explaining what was on the screen and giving us helpful tips for when the baby comes. We even got to see the baby’s hair! The photos came out wonderfully, we got a stuffed monkey with the baby’s heartbeat and we got a good first look at our baby. That’s a moment that lasts a lifetime. We highly recommend Look At Me Ultrasound for all parents to be."

"Carolin was kind, welcoming and very personable. She welcomed us in and made us feel right at home. She kept our daughter involved and occupied as well; all while giving us a great experience and look at our baby on the way. The office was very neat, clean and comfortable. Carolin took her time, explained everything on the screen, and made sure we got the best images possible. She made the entire experience fun while my wife, our family and I shared the special moment. We all had a great time and will never forget this moment seeing our son in full detail for the first time. Thank you Carolin!"

"We are very happy with our experience at Look at me ultrasound. We went with the Oh baby! package and are very satisfied with everything and Carolin's service. The 4D pics came out great. Can't wait to share with Family and Friends. The Teddy Bear with baby's actual heartbeat is very cute! My girls and I are looking forward to the DIY baby belly cast in a few weeks!
