"It seems you've been through a really disappointing experience with this shipping service. Having a package shipped on 1/18/24, only moving on 1/20/24, and then staying unchanged without any visibility on its whereabouts is understandably frustrating. The lack of tracking progress is a significant inconvenience. Preferring to pay for shipping or opting to order from Amazon instead of dealing with such unreliable service makes total sense. Please avoid UPS Mail Innovations for future orders or to find another source for your products if they continue using this service."
"Pony Express is faster than this service! Customer service is a complete joke. Estimated wait time of 17 minutes, but I have been on hold for 40 minutes. My son's textbook for school has been sitting in Kansas City, Mo (2 hours away) since 4 days ago. I can probably order it from Amazon and get it here before this company can figure out what they are doing. Please, DON'T use this company!!!"
"This service is the pits! I had one package shipped 1/2/24 and next stop 1/4/24. Then no change until this morning, 1/11/24 when it is out for delivery. No way of seeing its progress. I would rather pay for shipping or order from Amazon than use a company that uses this service. I also had a second package shipped 12/30/23 also received today with this service. That was an auto-ship order, that I will inform vendor either do not use UPS Mail Innovations or I'll get product somewhere else."
"One package from a supplement store in Arizona took two weeks to get to me. Same deal as others describe with updates - the last tracking date shows a date over 10 days ago yet estimated delivery time promises that it will be delivered the next day, including Jan 1 which confirms this "estimate" is an empty place holder, not a real date. The second order from the same store placed on the same day arrived in 6 days but I guess I got lucky - this one was shipped by regular UPS ground. Another package (this time from Costco) arrived fairly quickly but the envelope was slashed and empty - no supplement bottle inside. Two strikes out of two. I hope shippers check reviews and actually track performance, looks like this "innovative" shipping company innovated reliable delivery out of their business model."
"This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever seen. I ordered merchandise recently from a vendor who uses this service. Had never heard of this before. Makes no sense to me to have UPS pick up the package then hand it off to the Post Office. Took 10 days to get a package delivered this way. Never informed of its shipping progress. All the Post Office tracking said was it was waiting for UPS to deliver to them. This combined with the buffoonery of the vendor I purchased from means I will never do business with these people again or with anyone who uses this method to ship."
