"Today, my dad and I went to this buffet because I wanted him to experience the best buffet I’ve discovered over 2 decades ago. Before we went, I called the establishment to check with their prices. However, I’m deaf and I had to call using my video phone service which assigns me to an interpreter. Upon calling, someone at King buffet answered the phone then abruptly hanged up. I called a second time, and the person at King Buffet hanged again while my interpreter was trying to explain that I was deaf. We assumed they were mistaking me for spams, so we called a 3rd time and my interpreter had to rudely tell the person over the phone that I’m deaf and that they needed to stop hanging up the phone. That’s when they were convinced that I wasn’t a spammer and so they apologized. This particular buffet serves the best food. I’ve tried several buffets and this one ( King Buffet) is my favorite out of all. They also make the best spare ribs, their shrimps are exceptionally delicious, and everything else is top notch. Unfortunately, the ambient lights on the outside of the restaurant are no longer there. I’m not sure why but they were beautiful when they had them. My father agreed that this was his best experience eating at King Buffet. I highly recommend this place."

"Look closely at the photo of this dumpling. The manager told me it’s because they cook the dumpling in the same pot as the corn and from frying it turned black. He says it’s not hair. You be the judge. And by the way, the corn on the cob is served in boiling water, not fried. I couldn’t eat my food after seeing this . I was disgusted."

"Well. We were excited to eat at this place because my cousin told us that the food was great ! However, food was nothing to write home about. Customer service is blad ....... We have been at different buffets, with better quality of food."
