"I've ordered multiple times delivery to my home, they are usually fast and precise. I ordered from their website which i find very useful as most Chinese restaurants don't have a website. I was satisfied up until recently where my food tasted like dirty dishes. I order white rice with beef and broccoli, my go to, but this time I was disappointed. The beef was either rotten or they let it fall in dirty dish water and still served it. The food is not cheap and I most definitely will not order from here again. This wasn't the first time the food wasn't up to par."
"Customer service is horrible and they keep large amounts of packaging in front of the refrigerator that blocks the entrance to the door. However, today I realized none of the employees wore a hairnet. So of course I found a hair wrapped around a chicken gizzard."
"What happened to everyone wearing a hairnet in the kitchen? I even called to tell them that wearing hairnets is actually the law and she wanted to argue me down. That hair was wrapped around the gizzard. They have their soda packages right in front of the refrigerator & I took a step back after I ordered my food and almost tripped on the soda packages."

"The website seems all good, but don't let that or the prices fool you. The customer service is absolutely terrible. I called to let them know that their website was trying to charge tax twice only to get yelled at by the person that answered the phone that they don't deliver to my address (their website allowed me to place the order so yes you clearly do, you just don't want to in the cold (is 30° feels like 22°), so just tell me you don't deliver to my address in the cold). I tried explaining that the tax is trying to get charged twice only to get yelled at again that they don't deliver to my address so it doesn't matter, then was rudely hung up on. I had my husband call them back to explain to them again that they should fix their website, only for them to yell at him too. Would highly recommend NOT EVER coming or ordering delivery from this restaurant. Let us join together and let this place go belly up."
