"Came in late Saturday night after my daughter cut her chin and needed a laceration repair. Excellent team, essentially no wait time, kind and compassionate staff. Will definitely return for our urgent care needs in the future."

"The doctor was unprofessional and not compassionate. He came in and asked me what’s my child’s symptoms the first thing I said is she has diarrhea. Before I finished naming the rest of her symptoms he said to me and what do you want me to do about that ? What do you want me to do about diarrhea? I guess he noticed how taken aback I was by his comment he then tries to smooth it over. He diagnosed my child with an ear infection and prescribed antibiotics. I then booked her regular doctor the very next day and he told me she had NO EAR INFECTION and never did because an ear infection can not go away that quickly. What a waste of time. This is a dangerous game this doctor played just making up a diagnosis. This practice is to not be trusted do not go here !"

"This month my son has been having some issues this had been my 2nd visit in one month and both times where good we waited no longer then 30 mins we also had nurse Destiny both times and she’s literally amazing she’s so sweet and caring she took very good care of us listing to our needs and concerns she’s the best. I’ve came a few times in the past and didn’t have the best experience it looks like they got some new staff and each and everyone was great the guy at the front desk was also very nice same as the doctor. I’m happy my son is feeling better thanks to nurse Destiny and our wonderful doctor!"

"I HAD been happy with this urgent care site until I started dealing with their billing department. Not only did they billed me for 2 visits that should have been one. But for that one visit they billed me for a telemedicine visit (higher cost) that resulted in us coming into Urgent Care anyways on the next day (If you know billing codes you know that telemedicine visit is considered as an Office visit and NOT and Urgent Care visit, and therefore, depending on your insurance, your out of pocket will be treated differently. Instead of a 30$ copay I am responsible for an Urgent care visit, they applied 185 towards my deductible for "Telemedicine"."

"I don’t recommend this place to anyone. I went there twice for my son on two different occasion, each time they rejected to see him. Stating their X-ray machine was down. It safe to say they did want us to return. They are unprofessional and have no care for patients. I would not recommend, plus the waiting room is empty. I’m pretty sure it’s how they treat their patients if i could give zero stars, i would click on it several times"
