"This place is the worse. I had my uncle send me a box and a whole bunch of things went missing. I called them to let them know and they just pointed the finger elsewhere to try and save face. don't waste your time and money, ship with someone else."

"The worst shipping agency, irresponsible and unethical. My mother has been a victim of theft, more than 4 boxes that she sent have been uncovered and they took out a number of items, I reported that incident to the offices and they told me that they are not responsible, that in Santo Domingo other people are responsible and that they cannot help. If you don't want to be a victim like my mother, don't use this company."

"This company is the worst ever! I shipped 4 boxes and they were full when shipped I have all pics and when it arrived in Dominican Republic to my destination they opened the box on the side and then taped it! Not only that but their customer service is the worst, when you report the stolen items they claim they are Christian and to the name of Jesus their company never steals! These guys are crooks! They stole about $300-400 dollars worth of items between all the 4 boxes. They continue to hang up on me when I call and they are so rude that call me a liar, that they do not steal anything because they are a Christians. Their surprise was that I was the one that received the boxes too in Dominican Republic. Please do yourself a favor and don’t ship with this company, look elsewhere if you don’t want to regret it later. Both Customer service in Paterson NJ and Dominican Republic are the worst. If I can give them a negative star review I would. These Crooks DO NOT DESERVE TO BE A COMPANY and be a church based on their believes."

"I used to send multiple boxes to D.r with company but never again. SON LADRONES!! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND YOUR PACKAGES! A couple months ago my brother had sent a box and he even asked the company if it was okay to send like 2 or 3 tools in the box and they said yes as long as the box is mainly made with clothes or food. Okay that’s what he did and he even asked the men who picked it up if it was okay just to make sure a second time. Okay they take the box and the money. One month later the box is no where to be found so we call the office and they tell us that they will not refund use the box or the money because there’s tools in the box. The secretary was the same one we had asked for initially if it was okay and then after we paid for it she gave us attitude and threatening to report us. She was unprofessional and rude. It’s been 3 months or more and they have no answers for us and refuse to speak to us so because of this we will Be taking this case to a higher power and we will be reporting this office and the secretary. They think that because there’s no law in Dominicana Republic that they can steal from people in the United States. This wasn’t the only situation in the past our boxes were opened and clothes and shoes were taken out and when we tried to figure out what happened they would just say they aren’t responsible for what ever got “lost” it wasn’t lost they just are a bunch of thieves! They lost about 10 customers because my whole family will stop sending boxes with this company especially my brother who would send around 6 boxes per month for his organization in D.R we’ve found a better company! Sigan robando ladrones !"
