"1:45 pm on Dec 29th There was only one lady at the counter I asked her how long is the wait here she said anything I tell u will be a disappointment so I asked her u can tell me 4 hours give me a time she say u will still be disappointed so then I said I definitely don’t need to be in a better Urgent Care where the person knows what’s the values of time when working at urgent care and she has no idea how to communicate in urgent care. Time definitely matters in URGENT CARE it is URGENT CARE. THATS WHY I AM HERE. I WANT TOT BE SEE URGENTLY She talking about there is one doctor and 4 patients ok. How long ? Average? She said 4 hours will be a disappointment too. This is not true 4 hours was way over her head but she was more to debate about it than to CARE as an URGENT CARE. She don’t know how to communicate!!! And YOU just lost business plus I see why your rating is below 2 stars"

"PM Pediátrics runs like a clinic that keeps people in a waiting room for hours for the simple reason that they provide appointments online and for those who drop in for “URGENT CARE are made to wait regardless if you arrived hours prior to those who have appointments. At one time this was a true urgent care. Respectable and on point with the care they provided. Now it runs disorganized with no consideration of wait time and their warped approaches of placing people with appointments ahead of those who have come to the office for obvious urgencies. I strongly suggest you go back to how you ran this business as a true urgent care. The systems you have in place are absolutely senseless! Three and a half hour wait because people made appointments online. You have no basic regard to treating sick kids . Kids that have been forced to sit in a waiting room because they didn’t have an appointment! So you see 8 then 10 then 12 people ahead of you. Instead of the number decreasing it continues to get larger. Please help me make sense of this system . Isn’t urgent care suppose to be the downgrade of an emergency room. How do you leave kids waiting for over 3 hours to accept another child that waited 10 minutes just because they have an appointment. It’s an URGENT CARE!!! Run it that way! Shame on you!"

"I came here with my 11 month old baby with a high fever.. and waited over 2 hours because he wasn’t a priority. Only reason I didn’t go to the er with my child is because they are high in Covid cases. Absolutely crazy that people without an appointment just have to sit and wait while other walk ins are taken in as priority first. So always make sure you make an apportionment before going to any of these places."

"Brought my niece in for stomach pains they had me waiting for about 25 minutes before she was seen . We paid $150.00 for her to be seen just to tell us that it’s nothing they can do and that the stomach pains will go away on its own. How unprofessional!! I do not recommend anyone with kids to take their children here 0/10 !!!"
