"Worst front reception staff! Completely unfathomable that Riverside Pediatrics would have incompetent uncaring unwilling people working at a pediatric medical practice. The reception/ front office staff are inept at their job duties. To make matters worse, the administrative staff violated my child’s HIPPA rights (privacy policy violation) by releasing my child’s medical records with sensitive medical information to another patient and vice versa. The office staff are grossly incompetent. Check the local Greenwich FB groups - many parents have switched from this horrendous “medial practice” not because of the doctors but the front staff."

"Could not recommend this place enough. I live an hour away and have been bringing my daughter here for the past 3 years. Everyone is very nice from the nurses, to the people in the front desk to the doctors as well. My daughters primary doctor is Dr.Bansilal she is the absolute best! She listens, explains thoroughly and never makes you feel dumb asking questions. She is also a very reassuring person and is extremely good with kids. My daughter loves her ! Always telling me she wants to go to the doctor !! I recently had a newborn (currently 2 months) and chose Dr.Bansilal as her primary as well. The care this office has for their patients is outstanding. I’ve brought my eldest here on last min appointments and they have never been an issue to make. All the other doctors I have met are great as well. If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would!!"

"Riverside Pediatrics is a great practice for kids. Dr. Vaishali is very knowledgable, personable, attentive and thorough. She patiently listens to our concerns and provides good care and advice. The staff is very professional, kind and efficient. We are very happy with their service and ease of appointments. The best part about this practice is that they are open 7 days a week. Highly recommended."

"This practice is the best. They are open every day of the year and all of the doctors and nurses are knowledgeable, kind and thorough. I have never once felt rushed. Dr. Mones has a special approach with little ones and my toddlers always love seeing him. The staff are extremely helpful and efficient with filling out paperwork for schools, camps etc. I wouldn't take my kids anywhere else!"

"I absolutely love everything about Riverside Pediatrics. The doctors are warm, helpful and take the time to answer questions and hear all concerns. They have always been thorough and make sure that all my children’s (and my) needs have been met. I’ve seen all doctors in the practice and have always had a great experience. The nursing staff and front desk receptionist are always patient, kind and accommodating. Last minute appointments are never a problem between walk in hours and even same day appointments if needed. I travel down from Norwalk to see them because I love them so much. I cannot give them any higher recommendation."
